About Erkin Khidirov - Senior Fullstack Developer & Systems Architect

Hi 👋🏼 I'm Erkin - a Senior Fullstack Developer and Systems Architect with 10+ years of commercial experience. I design and build fault-tolerant Go backends, real-time WebRTC platforms, and cross-platform web and desktop applications with deep AI integration.

Over the past decade, I've evolved from building complex e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, custom admin panels, and banking integrations to engineering my own high load products and core engines. My primary goal in any project is to identify architectural bottlenecks, reduce infrastructure costs, and ship fast, scalable products.

My journey in tech started at 15 when my family got our first computer. By 16, I was already making money repairing PCs, and at 18, I created a local social network called Facekent it hasn't survived to this day, but it was my first real encounter with system architecture and user retention challenges.

At 19, alongside a friend I met while studying German at the Goethe Institut, I got inspired by the first major e-commerce platforms and decided to launch our own marketplace. We worked on almost no sleep I coded the platform, my friend looked for investors, and at night we put up flyers ourselves at the local electronics market. The project didn't gain mass traction and we had to shut it down after a couple of months, but that experience taught me the most important lesson: code is meaningless when disconnected from a business model. By 20, I had launched a small web agency, making cold calls to companies and selling development services myself. At 21, I landed my first official job as a web developer while simultaneously breaking into international freelancing, and at 23, I released my first commercial digital product, which sold successfully on the global Envato marketplace.

My entrepreneurial background helps me view code through the lens of a business owner I choose architectures and tech stacks (Go, WebRTC, WebAssembly, Vue 3, Wails, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Kafka, Tailwind CSS) that solve client problems faster and cost less to run.

Today, I combine commercial development and architectural consulting with building my own engineering products, helping startups and established companies design systems built to handle extreme loads.
